SkyStarTrade A.K.A GoUnlock GoUnlock.com Scam Deceptive Business Practices Unauthorized Use of Fedex Account San Francisco, California

After purchasing a replacement LCD screen for a Blackberry 9810 and providing them with my Fedex account, they sent me a part Overnight (not authorized I wanted them to use 2 day or cheaper) that was clearly defective and one of the connector immediately broke off after first attempt to install. After I send them an e-mail with pictures explaining the situation they agree for me to send the part back an send me a replacement part. After receiving the part, this scammers told me that the part was in fact not theirs and that they would not refudn or replace the part. Their claims are absolutely reidicoulous, this is their part as this is the only Blackberry 9810 that we have here. Also after placing a claim on Paypal and asking them not to send the defective part back to us, they used my Fedex account to do so (not authorized by me). This is clearly offensive to me as a customer an ask for no one to do business with this company. They claim to have been in business for 9 years, well probably many people don't complain or let things go. I want them to know that this will not be the case with me.
