LEROY WILLIAMS DOES NOT PAY FOR VEHICLES HE HAS HAULED FROM A TO B. DESPITE MANY MANY ATTEMPTS TO ALLOW HIM TO ACT AS A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL, HE HAS NOT. IF YOU ARE A AUTO CARRIER, YOU WANT TO THINK TWICE ABOUT HAULING A CAR FOR THESE PEOPLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU WILL PAY FOR FUEL AND WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THE HAUL.
