slecsecurity.com is a total scam.
I doubt any of their location data is real and they could be anywhere in the world. They only accept gift cards and bitcoin because you will never see your money again, and you will not recieve anything you thought you purchased.
They use very low prices to get your interest to purchase. However, they don't even have an FFL requirement or even list FFLs for you to select to ship any firearm you purchase. This is because they are 100% fake and simply taking your funds. Once you give them your bitcoin or gift card info they will never respond to you again.
AVOID - they should be investigated not only for being a scam, but also for claiming to be a registered gun distributor.

I agree 100% that they should be shut down. I was also ripped off by these con artists and if we don't shut them down someone else will be next. I don't know what to do about it.
