SleepOnLatex Stole my money and kept the product Chicago Illinois

A bed topper was purchased from the company Sleep On Latex. They offer a trial period for the topper, so if you are not satisfied you may return it. It was not liked so it was returned. They agreed to the return and sent  instructions for the return.

They received the topper, but are not issuing the refund. They want to keep both the topper and the money. If they did not want to do a return they could have denied the return so they did not get both the product and the money. But now it is sent back to them, and customers have to pay the expense for the return. so now they have the money and the topper and are refusing to release either.

This is totally illegal, these people are crocks.
