Slim fire Garcina - I made on purchase of a Slimfire Garcinia product late last year and monthly charges to my credit card continues without my permission or authorization. Internet

In December last year I ordered a Garcina slimfire product on line using my credit card. That order was shipped to an address in Jacknsoville, Florida, USA. Since then there have been monthly charges to the credit card which was used to make the December purchase. In December 2017 I returned to Jamaica where I reside. I hav eno idea whether or not any deliveries of any products have been sent to the address in Jacksonville, but apart form the one order in 2017 December, I am not interested in any other purchases form Slimfire Garcinia. I need for all future chages to my credit card to cease immediatley and the previous charges which were not auhtorized to be REFUNDED to me.
