I ordered the product online, and was told my credit card was not charged and I never received the product, but on my next credit card statement, I was charged for the product. I have called many, many times requesting a refund for product never received, but can get no response. I have emailed them more times than I can remember and have never received any response to that. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST RIPOFF PEOPLE THERE IS.
