Sold my home before a foreclouser notice, had discused and approved short sale process.Had sale on contract with $25,000 down payment and $18,000 over mortgage payoff but was denied my sale because of payment to realestate broker. House was on the market for 200 days prior to sale.

Now they want to foreclose and in the mean time the property values dropped another $50,000. I personally have over $1000,000 invested in this property
