SLUMBER PARTIES ALISA LADDIE- CONSULTANT SALES UNSANITARY PRODUCTS; HORRIBLE CUST SVC; UNPROFESSIONAL Houston, Texas

I purchase a product from a slumber parties consultant Alisa Laddie. The product she gave me had hair on it which implies to me it was previously used.

I notified her of this immediately. She offered to exchange it but always had an excuse when it came time to do the exchange.

Finally I said enough  was enough and requested my money back. This is where all the drama began. She became very unprofessional stating all sales final. Yet I received a product that could not be used.

After promising that she would honor the refund she began to take all sorts of different discounts off of the refund (so I got back less than what I paid).

She would not return calls or text messages. I called the corporate office for Slumber Parties and spoke with a Patsy who promised that she would look into it, which ended up being her calling Alisa and basically telling me I had no option but to deal with Alisa.

Alisa continued to be very unprofessional, continously made appts to meet and would reschedule. She would not contact me regarding the refund. I had to call her. She then requested that I not call her or email her because she felt I was being hostile..

Ummm NEWS FLASH you cashed my check and I have a product that is not useable. The product was purchased on 1/26, my check was cashed 1/28 and I was not able to get my refund until today after much anger and distress.

I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I advise anyone who is looking to host a "ladies party" to avoid at all costs SLUMBER PARTIES and ALISA LADDIE.

Who knows how many other times items have been resold or whatever the case may be!

I will never use this company again. They do not stand behind their products or the people who so called represent their company.

I left several messages for the head manager Claudia and I have yet to receive a return call...

Do not spend your hard earned money with this worthless company or this so called business woman.
