We were looking for someone cheap and affordable...well you get what you pay for!!

The movers smashed my grandmothers china cabinet in the parking lot and tried to cover it up... yup they just kept on moving it hoping I didn’t see but luckily I saw it happen from my window and immediately confronted them. When I called, (Paul) the owner to report what happened he immediately got nasty and repeatedly yelled and tried to turn the situation around as if it was my fault, told me he is not dealing with me and proceeded to then hang up on me..... I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!

After putting a claim in as I was told to do, and having the mover write in the contract they would send someone out to fix it ( as they told me someone would) I had numerous conversations with the owner (Paul) who kept lying telling me someone would come out for repairs, even given me a specific day but refused to give me a specific time as you can imagine he did not show up nor did he have any plans to have anyone fix it.

He continued to ignore my calls. Finally a woman picked up ( probably his wife) and tried to tell me that I called the wrong# and the # I called was a marketing firm (was not the wrong # just them lying again). She immediately hung up after I told her she was not telling the truth. After calling back numerous times and getting hung up on over and over the owner ( Paul) finally got on the phone once again with his nasty attitude screaming at me and told me he planned to fix nothing telling me that I am out of line and again blamed it on me stating I should apologize and that I threatened him....seriously??? As I proceeded to take the matter further I looked him up on the Better Business Bureau website and shocker he has an F rating with numerous complaints even having to change his company name to avoid negative reviews clearly.

This has been a very horrible experience with this man and his company. Don't want anyone to experience this and get scammed please please please do not jeopardize your move!

His workers even told me he is a mean person!
They move very slowly to get as much money as possible.

Sadly my grandmothers china cabinet is ruined and they could care less!
