I ordered a lawn mower part on March 4. Website says "usually ships in 24 hrs". I ordered 3 parts from 3 different places & received them within 3 or 4 days. I called their phone # & get an automated voice. No matter which department you ask for the message is LEAVE A MESSAGE & SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU.
Their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. They don't respond to emails either. I went to their website & there's a box in the lower right hand that says WE'RE ONLINE START A CHAT NOW. After filling out the info. there will be the message SORRY WE MISSED YOU! LEAVE A MESSAGE & WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY.
I sent a message on Facebook with no results. THIS PLACE TOOK OUT MY MONEY ON THE 4TH & NOW IS REFUSING TO ANSWER MY REQUESTS.
