Smart Braids They did not completely braid my hair. They left large patches unfinished. Lexington Kentucky

 I got crochet braids at this establishment yesterday. This was my third time here since I am new to Lexington. I was willing to overlook some things at first because I am new to town and I don't know any other place to get braids. Today there were so many unprofessional things happening in the shop that I won't be back. I feel compelled to warn others what to look for before they spend their money at Smart Braids. The first thing I noticed is that there was a woman, covered up, lying on the sofa in the waiting room. She layed there most of the time that I was in the establishment. Very unprofessional! Secondly I asked the stylist to put two rows of micros in the back of my crochet braids so that I could pull the style up in the back.

The stylist agreed and commenced to braiding my hair all the way down to the nape of my neck. I questioned her about the two rows of micros in the back, then she consulted with another stylist that spoke better english and she explained what I wanted. They both agreed, but offered that extra attention would cost me $20 more. I agreed. The stylist then proceeded to give me the crochet braids with the second stylist helping out also. When they were done, I paid my bill, tipped the stylists ( on top of any additional charge for the micros), and came home only to find out when applying oil to my scalp that there were big chunks of my head that didn't get the crochet braids at all!
