The company will not stop calling even after I have requested them to cease. They claim I signed up for their program information via the internet, but the only contact information was actually via an employment application with their affiliate Skillsoft.

Hmm... seems like they want you to work for them just as bad as they want to scam you ;) Anyways... SkillSoft, SmartCertify, ForeFront Direct, SmartForce -- it's all the same company, they're all run by the ForeFront Group -- www.ffg.com. If I were you I wouldn't do any business with them. Nobody has a right to violate consumers the way these people do.
