Alllison O brien from smartfundingspecialists.com called on fri july 27th for merchant cash advance aged leads we gave her a special price and she explained, she needed specific filters which we emailed her the current headers we had and she agreed and  the data was delivered.She got 5000 for 40 cents each.

We also gave 500 for free  of our 2017 aged leads that were even fresher so she can see the difference between the 12-24 month old stuff she bought and the 1-6 months we had for 2017

She called back and said after scrubbing she needed 1000 extra for whatever reason  we wanted to have a long term with her and her clients and we gave her 2300 more she said she had another client that would need even more recent stuff we gave her 1500 of our 2017 in good faith  and she called and complained about some missing fields that she agreed her client would take, at this point we suspected fraud but she was genuine so we sent it. She called and said the data had wrong numbers disconnected numbers and all other accusations.

At this point we asked for a dialer report which she agreed to send to show proof of her accusation. She seemed to be trying to get data for free and blame the headers. We believe she is a serial data manipulator with her charm and promise of buying 10,000 weekly so we told her we would not replace anymore.

After 2000 replacements and 1500 leads later with no report she continued to complain and ask for more data .

So she then asked for 2000 more to settle the dispute and threatened to go on forums and we told her we have nothing to hide and we stand by our data and work she agreed to 2000 more leads that she demanded to resolve this and now she calls today with more agressive vulgar behavior and demanding a refund after more than 4000 replacements were sent PLEASE DONT ENTERTAIN THIS LADY AND HER CUNNING DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES 

She has done this before and we have all the emails to show we did everything right by her.

Sad that small companies with no website and no  phsical address and proof of our leads being bad is able to get away with this but we will protect ourselves in the future lmca ead guys beware!!!!
