Smart Style Hair Salon In Wal Mart Overcharging McKinney Texas
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: That was an incorrect charge
I had a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. My receipt says "Shampoo and Style Basic, $14.95. Conditioner, $1.00. Adult shampoo & Cut, $13.95."
Total for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry (with tax): $31.90.
Everyone needs to check their receipt if they use the services of Smart Style. They are ripping people off and getting away with it.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
That was an incorrect charge

I used to work at the Smart Style here in Grenada, MS. If you asked for a shampoo, cut, and style, it should have been rang under "Shampoo, Cut, and Style." NOT what was on your receipt. Shampoo, cut, and style STARTS at around $15.95 (unless pricing has changed since I left). Now, we did charge for length, so if your hair was medium or long-length it can be higher price-wise. But it still shouldn't be $31.90. And, unless it was a deep conditioning treatment service, I NEVER charged that measly dollar for conditioner. Hair needs it in order to do well and look healthy. I never understood Regis' reasoning for that one. I would call customer service; the number should be located at the front desk. Or, you could discuss it with the manager first. Hope this helps.
