Smartsavingscenter And Hotbooksale After I canceled my account they charged my bank car $100.00 and now deny it Nationwide

I just wrote a complaint about the company sneeking a membership in the terms and conditions part. They refused to refund my money. I immediately canceled my membership. I just went to my computer to my bank account and found they had taken $100.00 dollars from my bank account! I called them again and they stated they had no record of this and that there would be no reason to charge me $100.00. They gave me a fax number and asked me to fax them a copy of by bank receipt with the transaction on it. This is ridiculous that they can take this kind of money from someones account!
