I called Smith Brothers to give me a quote on my refrigerator and they assured me the part they were replacing was indeed that costly.  I expected it to be within 10% of OEM pricing.  However, I found out later that they charged by 10 times! the OEM price.  Instead of $35, they charged me over $325 for the parts.  I was furious and tried to dispute it, but they told me to pound sand. 



This company is run by people who only want to deceive consumers and mark up parts as much as possible.  I will NEVER call or recommend them again.  Furthermore, I will always check parts prices online before agreeing to pay.
