Smokeless Selects Sent for free trial of e cigarettes, was for 14 days, found out they charged me $99 after 14 days from the day I ordered it,which was 2/25, never got the order until 3/10. Cannot use it , don't want i Internet

I ordered a sample of an electronic cigarette. They sent it then took $99 off of my card after 14 days, I ordered it on 2/25, never got it until 3/10.They said it was 14 days from when I ordered it. I sent them an email and they said I agreed to all that which I never read and I reread it several times. Now they are saying they are going to send me refills regularly, which I do not want, or charge me a restocking fee when I cancel, which I hope I have done. I am going to throw the mess away as I cannot use it, don't want it.
