As soon as you buy their product and provide your credit card number, they are keeping charging you without your authorization. The telephone service is a fraud: How I can direct your call? You are explaining the reason. After another 20-30 min of waiting, How I can direct your call? Another 30 min of waiting and the same girl is asking you the same question (see above). I have ended up with changing my credit card.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Contact Florida Attorney General's Office

AUTHOR: anne - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2009

This same thing happened to me. I wrote a letter to the Florida Attorney General's office. They responded that they aren't in the business of consumer protection (?) but if they got enough complaints they would have to investigate. Please google them. You can file the complaint quickly online. This company needs to go down. They are committing fraud.
