We have now moved to our 2nd choice and all is running well. I am a huge fan of guru and vworker, but sadly a few bad apples make it a risky environment at times.

We Smonte Technologies is a Private Limited Company under Securities and Exchange Commissions of Pakistan with its registered Office at E-10/1 Street 6 Cavalry Ground Lahore Pakistan. We have 20 Software Developers, QA Engineers and application designers working at our office.
This guy Mike Colwill from Headstart solutions http://www.headstartsolutions.co.nz andhttp://www.sandgardenhomes.com with email addresses mike@sandgardenhomes.com,mike@headstartsolutions.co.nzassigned us a project on vworker.com. It was all going perfect in the beginning. We assigned 2 developers and 1 project manager on this project. Just after the end of second week Mr Colwill started saying that you guys are not working well and not giving results. Please note that it was a project of 8 weeks and we were working accordingly having a timeline of 8 weeks in mind but Mr Colwill started making excuses regarding our work and at that time we cancelled the project on vworker.com
We worked for 3 weeks on this project with 3 fulltime resources on it application design was complete and everything was going according to plan. The project payment was in the escrow and also released by the our employer Mr Colwill but we did not took a single penny from it and returned it as it is because the client was not satisfied with our work.

We requested the clients couple of times to get this false allegation against us removed but they simply ignored it which proved that they are the real scams and bad Apples who only spoil company's repute. Therefore you are requested to remove all this content against us from your website as we are a genuine company doing some quality work and kindly judge it by yourself that who is the real bad apple here.
