Bad advice.

AUTHOR: John - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 12, 2013

As a former Police Officer, I can say this is bad advice as no crime has been committed here other then murder of the English language. This is clearly not a Police matter as It is a Civil matter. So please leave police alone to deal with real criminals,  like ones that feel its ok to harrass innocent receptionist at local car dealerships. Harassment being an actual crime... If being uneducated and unable to spell or form a proper sentence was a crime, this person would be in prison... just saying. Somewhere out there theres a shortbus missing a passenger.

Smithtown Nissan BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! Smithtown New York

I had the best experience ever at this dealership. From the moment I walked into the front door I was treated as family. And although I experienced some bad times, they got me fianced, and at a great rate too! The owner even came out to shake my hand and thank me for my business! And to boot, he gave me a $200 dollar gift card for the nearest mall. Ive never been happier! I will be sure to recommend ALL my friends and family here!

Best regards,

 Sammy xoxo

Advice

Sounds like its time to be passive agressive.

Goto the dealership.

Politely explain to the reeptionist that you need to speak to the general manager and why. If she offers sales manager or finance manager agree but say I would prefer to talk to the "Dealer Principle" Use that phrase.

Lean on her counter and wait.

Never raise your voice, speak gently and politely at all times.

It will drive them nuts.

Standing at the counter listening to every call and every conversation is encredibly rude.

Bet you get action in short order.

If they call the police file a complaint against the dealership for fraud.

Good Luck
