Smurfit-stone scams everywhere Creve Coeur Missouri

I received a letter (post marked from Canada) stating that I had won a random drawing entitling me to $95,000. They sent me a REAL check (from Chase Manhattan Bank Delaware) for $4500. I was to cash it. It didn't matter if I deposited it or just cashed it. Once I did that I was to call them in order to get an address to send them $3500 as a processing fee. After they received that money they would send me a check for $92,000. So many people are going to fall for this because the check is real. I'm sure that it would clear.
