On 01/05/2022 I placed an order with Kenai Farms for Kenai Farms CBD Gummies (5 Bottles) Order Total $199.88.

I was also charged for Kenai Farms CBD Capsules - 2 Bottles $59.99 That I did not order. I first contacted Paypal about this issue. They repeatedly asked for documentation that they already have and can see?

Since then I have repeatedly called Paypal and SNG Wellness LLC, with no luck. I had the order cancelled before it even arrived at my door. This to me is called a cancellation not an “Unauthorized Return” that SNG Wellness is calling it and the reason they will not refund my money? I had to cancel my Paypal card to avoid further unauthorized charges to my account. As this day 02/09/2022 I have no further progress on this case and no further contact from Paypal nor SNG Wellness. I want a full refund.
