Snow Valley Water Service sucks! Delivery sucks! Beware the Cancellation fee the business that doesnt give a dam Maryland Nationwide .....

Snow Valley is one of those companies that only cares about getting your business, not keeping it. They are supposed to deliver water to your home on certain regularly scheduled days. In the eight months we have had the service, the delivery has been late or nonexistent 5 times (they are scheduled about once a month).

Because they care about the customer so much, the customer service center closes at five during the week and is closed Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, Snow Days (I guess they aren't used to dealing with snow in SNOW VALLEY !!!!), and just for the heck of it. That means if your delivery is scheduled for Friday and doesn't show and Monday is a holiday you have no way to even begin to address the issue for days.

And what do they do when it is brought to their attention that the guy didn't show yet again? They apologize and offer to send you free water as an apology. I'm still waiting for the case I was promised in January.

This was all annoying but the final straw was when I called to cancel the service (their poor performance coupled with our moving to a new house). I was told I would need to be home between 8 and 4 for the cooler to be picked up. When I STARTED the service I had an exact time for delivery; when I cancel apparently I need to take the day off form work and wait for the delivery guy, WHICH I DO. Guess what? He's a no show. I even called the office at about three when he hadn't shown yet and was assured he was on schedule. Yeah, right.

At 4:30 I call back, of course they don't know anything about anything, so I leave RACHEL, the manager, a voice-mail to complain. Monday morning, nothing. Monday afternoon, I call them and am told the guy will be by this afternoon. I explain I can't wait around all day; leave another message for Rachel. Tuesday,today, nothing. No phone call, no delivery guy (I'm told the regular was out today and the sub's cell phone is disconnected and a first-class outfit like Sonw VAlley apparently isn't willing to spring for anything as extravagent as walkie-talkies,) so no one seems to know when I can expect them to come get their dumb cooler.

And the final indignity is that these losers are going to charge me a $40 cancellation fee for not fulfilling my one year contract. They suck. They are apathetic, disorganized, and rude. Buy a cooler at home depot and just get your water yourself, this place is the pits!
