Ordered new lap top from SoCalDeal through Amazon and was sent a refurbished. Refurbs and new were mixed but each listing either had refurb, used or new so for the same price I chose new. Vendor will take it back is I pay 18% plus pay for shipping. Vendor replied to an email stating it was marked refurb, yep the box sure was but the listing said new and so did my receipt.
Amazon refuses to even acknowledge they have made a mistake. This product is currently unavailable-

The second link HAD other vendors including SoCal which I have printed out.
Am closing all accounts with Amazon. Be warned, Amazon wants your business but will stand behind a vendor and screw you
