This lawyer is completely incompetent. She is lost in immigration court and actually told the judge she did not know what she was doing. I could not believe that I paid her money. I had an easy case but because she was so bad i got deported. She was so scared and quiet in court but yelled at me after. only thing worse than her lawyer skills is her communication skills. try getting her on the phone after you pay her. It is impossible.

This comment is both inaccurate and false. I was reading reviews online before I decided to pick this attorney. This was the only negative review I saw. It gave me pause but I said let me ask Fairuze Sofia to still represent me. You must have done somehting bad or failed to do your part to get deported Especially in 2016 under a different adminsitration from the current one. I know that attorneys cannot win everycase but Fairuze is far from incompetent. In fact, she is one of the best. She handled my case with professionalism and helped me and my family. She actually cares about her clients and both her and her staff were pretty responsive. I felt compelled to write this rebuttal to this awful and inaccurate review because it gave me pause to select her and I do not want anyone else to make that mistake and miss out of getting one of the best attorneys for both criminal law and immigration law in South Florida.
