Our company had purchased their Freelance product 3 days ago. They were supposed to have installed additional payment gateways onto the system for us including installing it on our servers.

They charged us for the additional work and required that we pay them in advance. We did. However, after several emails back and forth which seemed to be OK, they appeared to be slacking and coming up with excuses on their labor and time to complete the work.

I had sent them an email asking them when it would be completed and they had given me an excuse that they were waiting on me and then quoted me from a previous email that had nothing to do with what they had just said...which they were trying to stall. They also asked me for the server information because they were near completion and told me that it would be ready by the morning.

I had responded to them that their excuse was not accepted, but let us please complete the work and here is the information for the server that you require and I expect to have an email in the early morning that it is completed.

No sooner than I sent the email, they send one back to me that read: "We are sorry, but we cannot work for you due to lack of trust you have been showing all the way thru. So, we have refunded the payment you made."

Lack of trust? Hey, I trusted them to accept my money in full BEFORE they would even start to work or install the scripts for us. I waited 3 days and all they can do is tell me this excuse? If someone is working 3 days on any script, they want to get paid. This tells me that they had no intention of ever giving me my script that I had paid for...including working on it. All they did was pull my chain and then out of fear sent the money back.

Clearly, they are not professional, they are not who they say they are, they do NOT send you your scripts after paying for them and they just waste your time and I'm lucky I got my money back from these rip-off artists in India pretending to be a company that actually has scripts for sale.

My advice...NEVER trust this site and never attempt to purchase their product. They do not back their words up, they do not keep their promises and they act like little sissy baby's that belong back on their mothers milk because they can't handle a client asking them for their product they purchased. Don't trust Soft Biz Scripts.
