SoftwareAU sold me Windows Office 2013 Home and Student with an activation product key that was fraudulent and which not even Microsoft could use to activate the software. The Microsoft tech indicated the key was for software bundled with a new computer and could not be used for a single user software application. Calls to SoftwareAU were not answered and messages were not returned. So far emails have not answered promptly enough to avoid the 30 day limit imposed by the company on returned software.
