This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We had lost our home in the Wildfires in Santa Rosa a year prior and had explained this to the owner before agreeing to proceed with the door as we had concerns based off of the reviews that we had read online.  The owner promised that we would have a good experience and that he would personally oversee our door order to completion.  

He then cashed my check and stopped all communication.  A former employee of Trento / IRON DOOR DEPOT called me to tell me that she was no longer worked with the company and to CXL my credit card as they were a bunch of crooks and they often took money from people and never delivered the product.  This further escalated my concerns seeing as all communication with the owner had stopped after i had made several attempts for a status update.  

I had to text the owner (Jim) at least 50+ times over the course of several months and BEG him for updates. Being completely at his mercy for delivery dates that were promised on SIX separate occasions over a period of 3 months was torture. He gave every excuse under the sun and on multiple occasions didn't give us any excuse at all.  He had told us that the door would be delivered between 4pm-8pm so we sat at our property that had no pluming and or heat....for hours.  

At 9pm we called it a day, he never called to tell us that the door was not coming. This happened on several occasions.  Ripoff artist. Total lose.  These people operate under many aliases like Milan iron door, Solano Iron Work, Iron doors depot, palermo building products and many others. They have endless phone numbers to hide behide so they can bring in new money while IGRONING YOU!  Same of their ph.
