Albert Clark Rich is a jerk who ran from the Northeast part of North America, and moved to Sacramento and has cheated numerous people....one of them is me.
I was cheated thousands of dollars I invested in his company.
I have recently taken the matter before the civil torte
court system.
Eventually I shall succed in getting my money back, but the buyers around the world should be made aware of the
type of poor quality and dirty business actions that
Albert Clark Rich and the firm SOLARROOFS.COM are
doing to the public at large.....

We have found that his MO fits the crime he committed against SolarRoofs

James is a vengeful, treacherous and very convincing con artist who is claiming a completely self-fabricated debt from SolarRoofs.com as justification for his own bazaar actions and theft. James has inflicted a significant amount of damage to SolarRoofs.com and he is in debt to it. We have found that his MO fits the crime he committed against SolarRoofs and a retired customer of SolarRoofs.com from sources in different states. It took Sheriffs from two states to recover property stolen by James. The complete report is available. The investigation into Seidel so far has revealed the following: > A solar Dealer from Glendale, CA, stated: He (James) ruined our company, he abused us, wrote damaging letters to our parent company, etc. > A solar dealer in Grants Pass OR stated: He screws everyone he comes in touch with, he gave him a place to stay and he went around telling lies, confide in the guy and he will report you, he is a thief, embarrassed him in front of Oregon solar contractors. > A Director of a Texas solar association said: no telling how much damage he did, he is mentally ill, we ran him out of the state, we tried to avoid any interaction, no one had any evidence, need enough people to go after him. James' abuse, threats and theft have damaged SolarRoofs.com and my 23-year career. James came along looking like a great hero who was going to help SolarRoofs.com. He is very dangerous to any company he becomes involved with and appears to truly believe his own lies. Al Rich moved to Sacramento in 1992 to be a part of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) solar program and has excellent relations throughout the industry.
