Upon researching this company there are alot of questions.

1) Not unusual to incorporate on Delaware.

2) Highly unusual to register the Delaware Corp in Florida yet not doing business under that name in Floirda, K & R Management Resources is registered but they do business as Solicitation Dept. Which might explain why K&R has no reports on the BBB

3) Address with the BBB for K & R Management Resources, LL is 31201 US HWY 19 N, Suite #3, Palm Harbor, Florida. 34684, yet when you google that address it is not them you see on the company sign. It is a Protein company

Just very confusing. Government Vendors should do at least a little due diligence before handing over $4000 for a GSA. Good Service isnt cheap and typically cheap service isnt good either. Lesson Learned.

Whenever you google a name and nothing comes up, fireworks should be going off in your mind about any company like that who doesnt list the actual name they are operating under anywhere and Google cant find them.
