The staff was increasingly aggressive. After the kitchen layout was measured the sales person edited the drawing. Causing an order with extra cabinets. She would not let me see the sketch until delivery. Then the company refused to pick them up. After i drove into Pennsylvania with the unwanted cabinets, I found out that they charge a 25% restock fee.
Be careful. This company wants your money and it will do anything to seperate you from your cash. I noticed their warehouse is full of returned items. Also, the BBB gave them a D+. Think before you buy their products.

We do not take returns on cabinets that have 8 drilled wholes in the back of cabinets. We clearly have outlined in our SOW agreements the rules and regulations on purchasing our cabinets. We have sold over one million cabinets to satisfied customers since 2002.
