It was a classic con of "Bait + Switch".   Solomon & Sons Driver “SONY's" Attitude + Behavior was like a Tasmanian Devil.   We re-measured the distance from truck to our Condo > should not have been charged “Extra $600”.   *SONY > wanted an "extra $200 CASH" for waiting 1 1/2 hrs. for Shirley to get "original" $600 CASH at Chase Bank !!   BANK > Corona Virus Protocol: there were 10 Chase clients in front of Shirley.
