I was ripped off for $800 and found out you need to report to your local polilce, FBI, and Federal Trade Commission.....but FBI wont let your report process through unless you provide the IP address of https://www.solycattery.com/......guess who is not online today?  Anyone got the IP address?

I Zelle'd $800 for kitten Roben to be delivered to my door according to the seller, and that included all shipping costs.  Then they needed $1500 for an insurance out of the blue bay a "delivery company" that didn't read as a real place!  Again, please Zelle the funds.....told them no, but offered a credit card if the seller was not standing good for the shipping costs.  The "delivery company" never sent the instructions....   Seller not responding.  Upon advise of my consumer protection attorney, I am filing complaints with the local police, the FBI at www.IC3.gov and the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov.

Never pay up front for anything, breeders ask for a small deposit and full payment is at delivery and you can see the kitten. I'm sorry you have been robbed and it makes me mad because it gives all of us breeders a bad name.
