SongQuarters.com and HitQuarters.com both appear to be scam sites. They may have been (many years ago) owned by legitimate owners and may even have operated legitimately.
They do not anymore. They are now nothing but a money trap.
Once you pay the membership fee and enter your log in details and password, after payment, the site redirects you to the original page you visited. The password and log in details you created do not work.
Repeated emails are not answered for weeks. Money gone. Scam.

This is Ranis (Patric) Edenberg, co-owner of HitQuarters & SongQuarters since 1999.
Our company exists as true as ever. We are definitely not into scams. We have new members signing up daily not having problems with log in. We receive and respond daily to questions from members smoothly. We do not understand the critic given from the You Tube videos. We have tried repeatedly to contact the (anonymous) people behind the video without response. If people have problems with our service and are let down, we often pay them back, and we would like to pay them back too. A condition for this is obviously that people get in contact with us. Considering that we also run two facebooks pages, it should not be too difficult.
We strongly oppose any ridiculous accusations of scamming. We have functioned trouble-free for 15 years, which is quite an achievement considering that we are both in the music and the internet business. One might wonder if the (anonymous) complaints could possibly be from competitors...
