sonic cash advance this guy has been calling me and telling me he is going to put me in jail over a loan that i never got . it does not show on my bank records Internet

this guy has been calling me and telling me that i took out a loan with sonic cash advance. i did not take one out. he told me he was going to put me in jail and that he sheriffs office will be here to pick me up and stuff, well i called my sheriffs dept. and local police about it. the local police called him and told him he was on the threat off harrassment if he does not quit calling me. well needless to say he quit but for how long? his name is antonio i have a voicemail and a email from him with three different names and numbers in the email. so what do i do? he says i have had a bank account with this one bank and i have never had a bank account there.

Take about 2 minutes to read dozens more reports just like yours. As Stacey said, in so many words, play with them. Have fun. Tell them you're eating a ham sandwich or get some kind of noise maker and blow it into your phone, or tell them you're putting a hex on them. They can't have you arrested, because they're off shore, more than likely, India.

That is all it is - just let them YOU know it is a scam and tell them you cannot talk to them anymore because the Police are there to arrest you for this so called "debt". Then tell them to shove it were the sun don't shine (like we say here in the South).
