Sonntag Reeve Eye Center Lying, Cheating Thieves who told me visit would be $45.00 & billed me $200.00!!! Paradise California

I had a full eye exam after what I thought might have been getting a metal scrap in my eye from work, but it turned out to be a sty. I had the first doctor give me a full exam including dilation and the lens' and the chart, for $45.00, and he suggested I try SONNTAG REEVE EYE CENTER to tell me if I should have it removed. I made an appointment, told the receptionist I had no insurance and was told it would be another $45.00. When my appointment came, I went in and they insisted on a copy of my insurance card, so I gave it up. The doctor spent 3-4 minutes with me as I told him about the prior exam, and I left. A month later a bill has arrived for $200.00!!! The receptionist told me if I did not pay "I simply would be turned over to collections" I then told her EXACTLY what I thought and she hung up on me. This is the biggest rip off scam I have ever been involved in. EVER. The doctor told me to put a warm wash cloth from my shower on my eye and it would go away. Period. That was the extent of the visit. For $200.00. Do they think I am a rich man??? Tell me why health care is so outrageous in the United Satates today! I am SO furious that it's hard to find the words to tell you what a thief this man is!! Stay away from SONNTAG REEVE EYE CENTER IN pARADISE cALIFORNIA or be prepared to be held up almost at gun point! What lying cheating pieces of crap these people are they prey on others misfortune and bill the insurance for MUCH more than they earned, BEWARE!!! Yes and I forgot the "If you pay cash then you get a big discount" from the receptionist on the phone today. Thief. Liar.
