Do not use or let your kids use the Sony Playstation Network to order games. You will find hidden charges and fees on your credit card statement and spend hours trying to get them removed. You'll have to dispute them through your cc company. When I called Playstation (multiple times) about the charges I got a voice maze with no options for customer service or disputes. When I finally got someone they acted like they couldn't find the charges or order even with a reference #. Buy another brand or game.
