In July of 2011, Sonya King (not her real name) of King Films convinced me to loan her $25,000 for 30 days for her efforts to obtain funding for a film studio project in Mesa, Arizona. She continues to avoid repayment and because she lives in Canada she believes that she is untouchable by the legal system.
Sonya King (Sonya Narain) through her brother Chris King (Chris Narain) and husband Matthew Demas created a ficticious company in Arizona in which to pull off this scam. The name of the company is King Films, LLC. This report will be updated periodically.

The matter which gave rise to the initial posting has been resolved to my satisfaction.
The allegations that Sonya King is using a false name, that King was perpetrating a scam, that King worked out of Canada to avoid legal liability, and that King Films, LLC is a fictitious company are unverified supposition.

The matter which gave rise to the initial posting is presently being resolved. It has not been verified that Sonya King is using a false name or was perpetrating a scam.
It has also not been verified that Sonya King was working out of Canada to avoid legal liability and that King Films LLC is a ficticious company.
