After payment, I was told to call. I called and did not get my one-on-one phone interview as promised. They said they would get back to me with some logos. I waited a month for them NO LOGOS! So, I then called.. "I'm so sorry our computer crashed with your logos on them.." I paid for ten designers of my logo.. GOT ONLY ONE terrible designer. When the designer no longer answered my emails, I wrote to the manager and requested a refund.. STILL NO RESPONSE.
