SORCIM Technologies RegInOut System Utilites Virus in "Legitimate" Software, Hard Drive Deleted, Personal Files Gone Internet

I would like to make a harsh complaint about the nature of a software called RegInOut System Utilites, created by SORCIM Technologies.

At approximately 18:30 on 1st July 2011, I downloaded RegInOut System Utilities after being advised to do so through a forum, and proceeded to scan my computer for registry errors. It found over 3000 errors and upon trying to fix these, it asked me to purchase the software. I did not have any intention in purchasing the software so proceeded to uninstall it from my Control Panel.

Not only did this program freeze mid-uninstalling, but I realised that it had deleted all personal files and folders from the drive that I installed the program on.  This included personal photographs, videos and programs that were of sentimental value to me.

Because of this issue, I became aware that this software carried a virus and contacted their Support team via email to demand an explanation as to why this virus entered my computer, whether intentionally or unintentionally. I went online and searched some more information about this software, and found out that thousands of people around the world have been scammed by this company with the intention of infecting their computer with a virus.

Through my email, I explained to them that if I do not receive an answer to my question and a solution within 2 working days, I would take this matter further and seek help from authorities that will force them to cooperate.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in putting an end to this apparently "legitimate" website that have been scamming people for God knows how long.
