On march 1st I ordered a product with express shipping which stated it would take 7-12 days. On March 8th I checked tracking and it said Item was being prepared for plane travel. No problem. However it has never moved from there. I contacted the sospdogi65 e-mail on the 12th because there was no phone number and was told that my package could not be sent express and I should have received a e-mail to that effect.

I was given a shipping discount and told it could take 2-3 weeks before I would see my package. However I would still be able to track it. The package has still never moved, even they have somewhat admitted that they do not know where it is at but they have offered to even send me a new product "free of charge" but won't give me a refund.
