Soul Siesta (Evan Johnson) committed a scam by stealing thousands of dollars from investors and vacationers. He created a fradulent website and business entity that claimed to have reserved the Playa del Carmen hotel in Cancun, Mexico for Memorial Day 2015 and 2016. Instead of providing the 5 days of fun; he canceled the event one day before it's planned start. Then he didn't return of the money he had received by the fradulent contracts he created with investors or monies received by inidivial travelers. One year later in an attempt to further keep from paying what was due he filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy so that he could hide the theft and fraud!
