Source One 360 WILL NOT PAY FOR WORK THAT WAS DONE Madison Wisconsin

We have been dealing with this company since October 22016.  We did a few jobs and months would go by with no payment. Then 3 to 6 months later they would finally pay.  Now we have done a few jobs for them again and no pay and the lady keeps saying she wants us to get paid and puts me through to the owner which is NEVER there. I leave messages and I never get a call back.  Now I am waiting to see if we so happen to get paid this Friday as they always tell me they cut checks on Fridays.  We have done jobs at Bonefish Grill, Chilis, and Outback for this company and will not do anymore for them unless they pay up front.
