the usual rip off they sent me to collections i wasn't even aware of the charges i let my cousin use the car i thought they were filling for bankruptcy ??? if so why are they still charging ripping people off ...if you or anyone you know has been ripped off by south bay expressway please contact us at (((email redacted))) if we work together we can make sure no one else gets victimized we deserve the right to fight back a rip off report simply won't cut it

How is this the tollway authorities fault? If you don't want to be "victimized" by tollway fees, dont drive on the tollway.

You let your cousin use your car and your cousin chose not to pay the tolls, not caring that you would be billed.
