There is alot of sneeking around by the owners (Cal-Am Properties) and the community manager himself. I have lots of proof of what's going on here.

Be EXTRA careful, all of you who want to buy a mobile home in here.

This Company/Owners don't care what and how you think or feel about the everyday problems here, they just want your money each month. No questions asked.

Rules and Regulations are not enforced. State, city and local codes are not enforced. The Fremont Police turn a blind eye to certain events. There is no safety or security here. The Neighborhood Crime Watch is watching what, their T.V.'s?

Now what is there left? Maybe you can sell, if you can or just put up with it.
