Southwest Construction Services, dba Concrete Preservation Charlie Stewart Cash Case Did not pay subcontractor Dallas Texas

My company Completed a medium sized lime and concrete project for Southwest Construction Services, dba Concrete Preservation, Charlie Stewart. They breached their contract, lied about the the conditions of the project prior to starting, lied about the progress of the project, then lied to prevent me from mobilizing off of the project.

Then did not pay when the project was complete. Charlie Stewart is a blantant liar and thief who owes his success to stealing from his subcontractor.
