On June 15, 2018, I made e mail contact with a principal of this company to come out to my place and give me an estimate to repair a malfunctioning drip irrigation system.
He arrived in a timely manner, pulled up a couple of feet of the poly hose and stated a price w/a free controller FOR CONSERVATION PURPOSES.
I told him to write it up, we shook hands oI received no response until JULY 29TH. a receptionist called and asked if they could out Monday and make things right. I said sure and cancelled the other company I had called and waited until Monday 8/6....it's Thursday 8/9 and I am still waiting.

At about 7:30 this AM, SWDI arrived and took care of about 1/2 of the service required in a very professional and timely way. The rest of the work to be finished tomorrow.
