southwest utility services Southwest Utilities Refuses to Pay For Broken Windows Fort Myers Florida

I was driving down Colonial Blvd and a rock flew off their dump truck.  It bounced off the road and broke my windshield.  I took pictures of the truck when it happened, a picture of the crack the side of the truck and notified the driver.  I then called the company and it is now 4 days later and they are refusing to pay for it.  It is disgusting that these big companies abuse the small guy.  You broke it you fix it.  I even have pictures of the progressive crack.  Called and talked to Kim and she was rude and abrupt.  Nasty people and a nasty company.  I will be filing a complaint against their license and a small claims action.
