I found that my phone bill wasn't the usual amount and found a fraudulent charge of $3.99 for Soylent Black Alerts (text) on the second phone on my account-which belongs to my 79 year old mother who doesn't even know how to access texting, I might add. I did contact Sprint and they were great about reversing the charge and blocking any third-party charges to her #. I have no clue how they accessed her phone # since it's basically unused.
