Tiara Rivera and her behind the scenes Boyfriend who is the whole mastermind of their operation... They prey on certain people who they think are below them and use the spa business to swipe stolen credit cards and identies through. They also steal the credit card information of unbeknowing "clients" She is not HONEST, she is not innocent and do not trust her. Please stay away. Her reviews on yelp are fake! This woman and her boyfriend are conn artist who make a living and run their business off stolen Money.
